  1. Let your senators know that you support this bipartisan inquiry into the botched military action in Yemen.  A bipartisan group of four senators is demanding a briefing on the U.S. military’s objectives in Yemen, as new details emerge about a Navy SEAL raid that left one U.S. service member and a number of civilians dead. Something went very wrong.  http://www.politico.com/story/2017/02/senators-want-yemen-raid-briefing-234846

  1. New England Patriots' running back, LeGarrette Blount and defensive tackle, Alan Branch announced that they are joining Martellus Bennett, Devin McCourty, Dont'a Hightower, and Chris Long in boycotting Trump's White House after their SuperBowl win.  Let’s send a shoutout to those who will not be visiting following their Super Bowl win. They are bound to receive some heat from fans and those who believe that celebrities and athletes are not allowed to voice political opinions.  http://bit.ly/2l1ZCDq  Comment on their FB page:  https://www.facebook.com/newenglandpatriots and sign this card applauding them for standing up for justice and equity:  https://act.colorofchange.org/sign/stand-for-something

  1. Let America Vote, a few anti-voter suppression group, is lead by Jason Kander, an American lawyer and politician, and former Secretary of State of Missouri. Over the past decade, momentum has gone dangerously in the wrong direction. LAV will work to fight back against proposals across the country that make it harder for eligible voters to exercise their constitutional right to cast a ballot. Whether it’s extreme identification requirements, questionable purges of voter rolls, voter intimidation, new and extreme voter registration processes, or anything that makes voting harder, Let America Vote will be there to lead the way against it.  Sign up here to get updates:  http://letamericavote.us15.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=daa9d4bdff7c8f29b3f318b3a&id=84afa3174a

  1. GOP Congressman Paul Gosar introduced a bill (H.J. Res. 46) that would eliminate regulations on oil and gas drilling on our public lands. If his vision becomes reality, oil and gas companies would be able to build roads through public forests to reach drilling sites. They would not need to have detailed safety plans about their operations nor would they be responsible for a leak or spill. And, of course, the National Park Service wouldn't be involved. Sign here to tell Congress to save our national parks:  http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/901/476/520/
