  1. 45’s words at his first address to Congress were crafted to sound good and he kept to the script, but they are at contradiction to what he actually done: 1)  https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/feb/28/trump-congress-speech-policy-contradictions?CMP=share_btn_fb  and 2)  http://www.newyorker.com/news/john-cassidy/dont-be-fooled-donald-trump-didnt-pivot   Let’s let the White House know that we know the difference and that we will continue watching what he does.  White House comment line:  202-456-1111.  Address:  White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20500

  1. It is known that Sessions lied to Congress about his Russian meetings and that some of his colleagues are asking for his resignation:  (https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/sessions-spoke-twice-with-russian-ambassador-during-trumps-presidential-campaign-justice-officials-say/2017/03/01/77205eda-feac-11e6-99b4-9e613afeb09f_story.html?utm_term=.6eccaa32372d   It is also now known  that President Obama made sure to secure data involving the Russian interference in the election:  (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/01/us/politics/obama-trump-russia-election-hacking.html?_r=0    It is all the more imperative that we keep the pressure up on our legislators that we want to get to the bottom of the Russian interference in our election and all the connections between Russia and Trump and his appointees.  Hopefully, we will see some real investigations soon:  https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2017/03/01/your-cheat-sheet-to-the-four-potential-investigations-of-russia-and-president-trump/?utm_term=.db4ad26737cb

  1. From Indivisible Chicago:  HR1236:  PROTECT Immigration Act to discontinue the federal program that authorizes state and local law enforcement to investigate, apprehend, and detain aliens (note: that is the exact wording of the bill) has been introduced in the House. This is an important piece of legislation in that our communities can't trust law enforcement if they are doubling as immigration officers.  A similar bill has been introduced in the Senate as well.  Let’s contact our legislators and let them know we support this move.

  1. Perhaps one move that 45 could take to help set a new tone and example is to have all his (and his family’s) manufacturing businesses back to the USA.  Let’s send him postcards asking him to do just that.  Address:  White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20500
