CONTACTING
OUR SENATORS: Although things could be going much better in the
removal trial in the Senate, McConnell did pull back from some of the more
draconian aspects of the proposed rules: https://apnews.com/2cb8c0b71160268b52a90335e0e5ce47 Let’s
keep calling our Senators on Wednesday to demand the appropriate use of
witnesses and documents at this trial and let’s ask five people we know to do
the same: 1-202-224-3121 If our Senator is up for re-election in 2020
(like Collins in Maine, McSally in Arizona, Gardner in Colorado, and MANY
others) let’s let them know how actively we will work against their re-election
if they work to cover-up Trump’s crimes through a sham trial.
THANKING
ADAM SCHIFF: Chairman Adam
Schiff (D-CA), who is serving as one of the House Managers of removal trial in
the Senate, performed brilliantly in his opening statement on Tuesday: https://www.reuters.com/video/watch/schiff-trumps-lawyer-make-initial-cases-idOVBX4GONZ Let’s
take a moment to thank him for his service to our nation at this dire
time: https://schiff.house.gov/contact or

REPUBLICAN SENATORS AND WIN BACK THE SENATE:
Vulnerable Republican senators
know they could lose their seats if they support McConnell’s whitewash impeachment
and they know it. That’s why they are ducking the press, avoiding town halls
and lying low. If we are on Twitter, we can tweet at them and tell
them we see what they are doing. Tagging their high circulating state papers
will also help to spread the word. Here are the Twitter handles:
